Associate Sales Manager
Job Location : Delhi & Bengaluru
Job Description:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using a well-informed company profile, to existing and prospective customers
 - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
 - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
 - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
 - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
 - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
 - Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
 - Analyze the market potential, track sales, and maintain status reports for periodical reviews
 - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
 - Continuously improve through feedback
 - Will primarily work from home, reporting to HO on daily basis, but on Hybrid, going back to the local office for at least 1 day a week or as deemed required.
 
Pre Requisites:
- Proven work experience in the relevant Industry domain of at least 3 to 4 years as a sales Manager holding large accounts and a customer network base
 - Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 - Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
 - Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
 - Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
 - Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
 - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
 - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
 - Must have self-transportation and be able to move around fast for customer visits
 - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
